Kinfall Fractal
Experiance the Lowland Kodan defending their homes during the Icebrood invasion and having to deal with the whispers of Jormag
The Kinfall Fractal will introduce a new mechanic called Life-Fire you will need to stay in range of players who have this buff on their bar as it provides a safe space AoE around them, if you are outside of this range you will take constant damage - you will also need this to open up the door ways
Entrance / First Room
When you enter the Kinfall Fractal you will see a empty room with a doorway to your right, just use interact with that to enter the next room
The first Memory Fragment for the All That Remains Achievement will be on the left once you spawn in before you open the first door
After this door you will get swarmed with enemies
The second Memory Fragment for the All That Remains Achievement will be on the right after you open the first door on a riser
You must defeat these before you can move on to the next area - after they are all defeated the players with the Life-Fire buff may open the next door
Second Room
After you get through the frozen door, you will head to your left and there will be a small area to jump across
At the end there will be a few enemies and another frozen door - the players with the Life-Fire buff may open the next door
Third Room
Once you are through the next frozen door, you will see multiple enemies and portals spawn that you must eliminate
The third Memory Fragment for the All That Remains Achievement will be on the left after you open the door, in a small room by itself
The fourth Memory Fragment for the All That Remains Achievement will be on the right just up on the ledge
After eliminating all the enemies you will continue on through another frozen door - the players with the Life-Fire buff may open the next door
Fourth Room
The final hallway that you will need to clear has a structure right as you walk in and then loop around to a small jumping segment
The fifth Memory Fragment for the All That Remains Achievement will be inside the small structure - just head into the first archway and it will be right there
Continue along the small platforms making sure to not fall off - eliminate all the mobs then head to the last door - this will be a portal that you need to activate both sides of
The sixth and final Memory Fragment for the All That Remains Achievement will be on the left as you jump along the path way
Head through the portal to enter the boss room
Legendary Whispering Shadow
During the boss fight two players will always have the Life-Fire buff, so you will need to stay near each other to avoid taking extra damage
AoE Spikes
There will be AoE circles that appear under each player, these will piece upwards causing players to be hit into the air
There is no gliding in here so you will not be able to glide on the way down
These are indicated by AoE circles that fill in red before they go off
Freezing Fan
The Legendary Whispering Shadow will send out large cone shaped AoE’s that will cover half the area and do damage to anyone standing in it - as you lower the bosses HP they will do this skill more times in succession
Ice Spears
Ice spears will spawn and start shooting in a straight direction indicated by a arrow marker
These can the player to get interrupted, dazed or stunned
More and more spears will be formed as the bosses HP decreases
Fissure / AoE Combo
Throughout the fight the Legendary Whispering Shadow will stand up tall and send out AoE markers as arrows all around, when they explode they will create fissures that erupt and damage - the lower HP the boss the more arrows that will appear outwards
At the same time there will be spikes popping up to knock players up into the air
Vortex
Swirling vortex will be sent outwards from the Legendary Whispering Shadow hit box, these will go outwards in a circular pattern and rotate out
CC Phase
At 80%, 50% and 20% you will need to CC the boss - if you don’d CC they will continue to cast a large AoE that hits all players within the range of Life-Fire
They will also be gaining stacks of Empowered unless you break their defiance bar!
Achievement - Frozen Flight

Complete the Kinfall Fractal on any tier
Achievement - Agonizing Cold

Complete the Kinfall fractal on the Master tier
Achievement - All That Remains
3 AP
Find all six of the memory fragments in the Kinfall fractal
Achievement - Shatterstep
5 AP
Defeat the whispering shadow without being hit by a Cryoflash
