Entrance
When you start Nightmare you will just walk into a small room with a few enemies, kill them to move on.
*The Asuran corpse for Retrieval Squad will be in this room
The next room will have some Twisted Watchwork enemies, once you eliminate them the first boss will spawn. The Multiform Ambulatory Mobile Artillery will shoot ranged projectiles, use a spinning flamthrower skill and summon adds. once in a while it will spawn a room wide AoE, and you will have to get to Arkk's barrier.
At 33% the boss will become mobile and start slamming allies for AoE damage.
*The Norn corpse for Retrieval Squad will be in the room before the first alters
Alter Room
In the next room you will need to capture some alters by standing in their radius until you fill the bar. The middle of it will be shooting red orbs that will do damage and cause agony, and blue ones that heal
The first room has two alters to cap with a few enemies before the alters, the next room will have three you need to capture, as well as some enemies on the alters. *The Charr corpse for Retrieval Squad will be in the room with three alters - Most commonly you will want to strafe around the outside radius to give more room to dodge. The Veteran Hallucinations will despawn once the point is captured
Achievement - Maze Middle Manager

Captured the Middle-Point First
In the second room of alters, capture the middle point before the two side ones. This can get difficult as you will have more hallucinations on you because of the spawn points.
Fleshgorge / Siax the Unclean
Your next room will be a large flooded room with a ramp going up that has multiple AoE's exploding on it, and a poisonous plant that shoots at you, in the water you will find the enemy Fleshgorge
*If you head to your right side coming in there will be some debris to jump the body of water across to find the Human corpse for Retrieval Squad
Achievement - Shark Tank

Find and kill Fleshgorge the Shark in the Nightmare lake
Fleshgorge is very strong so try to keep your distance if possible, the water causes poison that cant be removed as well. He can be hit from land so if you can kill him without dropping into the water it will be much easier
After you are up the ramp you will see a bunch of hallucinations laughing, once they disappear Siax the Unclean will spawn. He will infect the team with Toxins that will make you puke in a cone AoE - face this away from your allies as it will do damage and re-infect them. He will also do a room wide AoE that needs to be interrupted, just CC him to break his bar. Lastly he will also spawn Volatile Hallucinations starting at 75% health, these hallucinations will target each player and explode on them, they can be killed.
Achievement - Volatile Evader

Kill Siax the Unclean without being hit by a hallucination's explosion
Ranged damage works here, but also working as a team. you are able to kill other players Hallucinations before they get a chance to explode
*If you look beside the launch pad right after Siax you will find the Sylvari corpse for Retrieval Squad

Ensolyss
After killing Siax there will be a launch pad that you need to take to a circle arena. When you land there will be an orb in the middle and when you interact with it Ensolyss will fall from its pod on the roof.
At the very start of the fight before you touch the center orb, anyone who needs the achievement should position themselves under the pod
Achievement - Another Goo Puddle

Get crushed to a paste by Ensolyss
Stand under the pod on the roof when the orb is first activated, when Ensolyss falls out you will get this achievement
At first the fight is very simple, until you get it down to 75%, Ensolyss will full recover and become the true difficult fight
66% / 33% - During these phases Ensolyss will become invulnerable and five alters will spawn, these are the same as last time, just stand in them to capture them and dodge the red orbs, upon completion of the 5 alters all player will be revived due to Determination buff you receive
15% - At 15% Ensolyss will teleport to the middle and cause poison to spread around the arena. He will become stationary and Arkk will spawn a barrier spot near him, this will be the only safe spot to stand. During this phase multiple adds will spawn to attack you, but your main focus should be to burn Ensolyss down as he takes increased damage, after killing him the Nightmare is over and you are done
Achievement - 30-Second Seizure
5 AP / Nightmare Anelace Skin
Capture all 5 points during the Ensolyss fight within 30 seconds
You will get two chance per run to do this, at 66% and 33%
