Solid Ocean Fractal
Jump your way through the Jade Sea to find what horrors are awaiting for you
Once you make your way through the Solid Ocean you get to meet the original boss of the Fractals of the Mists, the Jade Maw
Swamp / Wisps
You can handle the starting point of this fractal in two way - Kill everything you see, or run past all the enemies.
If you choose to kill everything there will be a few smaller mobs along the way that you need to eliminate and nothing really more. If you are planning to run by and skip watch for slowing effects or getting knocked off while trying to make a jump, Stability and Stealth will make this method much smoother

Your party killed all of the monsters in the Solid Ocean fractal inside the Fractals of the Mists
This achievement requires you to eliminate everything on the map that is not in the Jade Maw arena - there will be a few crabs and Irukandji are on the starting platform
Jade Maw
After you descend into the Arena you will have two Jade Tentacles and multiple adds to kill, once you kill the Jade Tentacles the Jade Maw fight will actually start. He will use his beam and spawn more tentacles.
The goal of this fight is to charge Reflecting Crystals by getting shot by the Jade Maw, you will know when you have been targeted because a Red Skull target above your head. The Reflecting Crystals will spawn upon killing the enemies(Check progress bar for current enemy targets)
Once you have a charged Reflecting Crystal you will need to target the Jade Maw and throw it back. For newer players it can significantly help targeting if someone uses Call Target (Ctrl + t) than they can just press Target (T) to automatically target the boss - All of these mechanics above will repeat for the whole fight
Jade Tentacles - These enemies are stationary, but will do large AoE attacks that cause knock down and some damage, there will be two to start with before it switches to the Jade Colossi, and multiple will spawn after the Colossi as well.
Jade Colossi - The Colossi are the other main enemy in this fight. They will reflect projectiles, but you can stop this by stunning them. They will do a Melee range AoE that knocks down. Upon killing them you will find a Reflecting Crystal - some teams will move these into a pile and group up for attacks but this is not required
Repeat the process above until the Jade Maw reaches low health at which point it will target everyone on the team with a room wide beam, make sure everyone grabs a Reflecting Crystal to prevent the team dying - if the whole team wipes here the fight resets.
