You do not need to complete the Dragon’s Stand Meta-event - you just need to be able to get up to where the chest is during an ongoing Dragon’s Stand
Offering for Elemental Harmony
Burn an offering to Koda in recognition of the balance of the elements
Inside the Hidden Jumping Puzzle where Diedre is sitting in the middle of the trunk, double-click the offering basket in your inventory which will consume it
The Jumping Puzzle does not need to be completed

From the Forgotten City Waypoint — [&BMYHAAA=] jump down the hole southeast and head to the Inner Chamber Point of Interest — [&BNcHAAA=] double-click the offering basket in your inventory which will consume it
Offering to Restore Nature’s Majesty
Burn an offering to beseech Koda to restore the majesty of the Maguuma jungle
Northwest from Ogre Camp Waypoint — [&BMwHAAA=] up top where the flax is located, you will be able to double-click the offering basket in your inventory which will consume it when you are in the area where the ground turns from grass to wood

North from Tunnels Waypoint — [&BF4AAAA=] just head right where you’ll go north-east through Tunnels gate - this requires the Skritt-gates to be open

East from Faren's Flyer Waypoint — [&BO8HAAA=] at the Bongo’s Bungalow Point of Interest — [&BB0IAAA=] next to Lord Faren in Verdant Brink Shooting Range activity - It will need to be daytime but double-click the offering basket in your inventory which will consume it
We were able to complete without Lord Faren needing to be there
