Leveling Guide

This guide provides an essential walkthrough for leveling your character, covering fundamental progression mechanics and strategic tips to optimize your experience gain

Adventure Guide

The Adventure Guide provides a series of goals for level 1 –79 characters; completing them will award substantial experience, making them an excellent way to level up

These are character specific, not account based and do not award any achievement points

Level Up Rewards

As you progress toward level 80, you will unlock specific rewards and features at each level-up milestone, collectively referred to as Level Up Rewards

Level Boosts

Level 80 Boosts are included with game expansions or can be purchased via the Gem Store. This will advance your character to level 80, unlock all relevant waypoints, and provide a small amount of starting gold

Using the boost gives you a trial period before confirming the boost, which allows you to visit only the Silverwastes, where you can test your character. It gives you all level 80 waypoints, level 80 boost package, level 80 equipment package, and package of old equipment

If you decide that this character isn’t your style, you can undo the boost and use it again on another character/class

Map Completion

Map completion involves exploring a zone entirely by visiting all Points of Interest, vistas, waypoints, renown hearts, and hero challenges. Once you have fully completed a zone, a blue bonus chest will appear, granting you special rewards for your efforts

This process can be efficiently combined with participating in dynamic events and defeating enemy mobs to maximize your experience gain
