Complete 24 steps to acquire the Legendary Precursor Agaleus
Talk to castaway “captain” in Pub Canach
Talk to “Captain” Ruymond Lakes near the Pub Canach Waypoint — [&BJEPAAA=]
Bring a drink to the captain
Go to the Mixology Book and select Paxx’s Hard Birch Beer then grab the proper ingredients, once you have the drink return to the “Captain”

Listen to the rest of Captain Lakes’s tale
Find the diver
You will need to go see Dive Master Astora in Lion’s Arch just south of the Sanctum Harbor Waypoint — [&BC8EAAA=]
Complete the Master Diver Achievement then return to Dive Master Astora
The Master Diver achievement will have you go around and open sunken chests, that are guarded by Krait and require Ornate Rusted Keys to open

Find the treasure in the Sharkmaw Caverns
This is the Jumping Puzzle in the south east side of Lions Arch called Weyandt's Revenge, just head south from the Farshore Waypoint — [&BDMEAAA=]
This will give you a Tattered Note that will give you clues as to the mask piece locations
Find the sunken treasure in the Siren’s Reef Fractal or the Acquatic Ruins Fractal
The sunken chests for both Fractals will be after the end boss fight, so just make sure you don’t ready up and get kicked before looting - make sure to bring Ornate Rusted Key’s with you
Look for treasure using your skimmer’s Aetherlocation skill in Castora
Use your Skimmers Aetherlocation skill and open hidden chests that you find in Castora

Defeat Taidha Covington to retrieve a piece of the mask from her reward chest
Complete the meta event Kill Admiral Taidha Covington that starts beside Laughing Gull Waypoint — [&BKgBAAA=]
Find the piece of the mask in the ‘Booter's Path in Castora
Complete the mini-dungeon Booter’s Path that starts at The ‘Booter’s Path Point of Interest — [&BKYPAAA=]
Find the piece of mask in the base of Wiley’s Buccaneers
Head east from Brigantine Waypoint — [&BM0DAAA=] and enter Wiley's Cove — [&BHsAAAA=] where you will find a Torn Note
Discover where Wiley hid his piece of the mask
Go south from Vigil Keep Waypoint — [&BJIBAAA=] and look in the side of the cliff above the small camp below - inside you will find Basilisk and a chest with an achievement marker
Find the piece of the mask in Castora
The mask piece will be in the water by the Greenroot Grotto Skimmerway Point of Interest — [&BL0PAAA=]
Find the mask piece on the one of the freebooters in Castora
Kill Freebooters in Castora until one of them drops the Mask Piece - this is purely just rng
Find the piece of the mask in Southsun Cove
Just east of Camp Karka Waypoint — [&BNcGAAA=] deep in the water
Find the piece of the mask in Lion’s Arch
Swim all the way down just west of the Phoenix Roost Point of Interest — [&BCMEAAA=]
Find the piece of the mask hidden in Orr
Just west of Shipwreck Rock Waypoint — [&BOQGAAA=] in the water
Return to Captain Lakes to figure out how to put all the pieces back together
Return to Captain Lakes north of Pub Canach Waypoint — [&BJEPAAA=]
Speak to Cecil the Strong Arm
Cecil the Strong Arm is directly beside Captain Lakes near Pub Canach Waypoint — [&BJEPAAA=]
Find the recluse from Weyandt’s crew
Head to the Leystone Promontory Point of Interest — [&BKkPAAA=] to find the recluse
Find the Shark Spirit near the Honor of the Waves sanctuary
The Shark Spirit will be swimming in a circular path just west of the Honor of the Waves Waypoint — [&BEMFAAA=]
Complete one of the explorable paths in Honor of the Waves to help the Shark Spirit
Enter Honor of the Waves dungeon in explorable mode and clear any of the paths (You can use LFG to help you find a group!)
Return to the Shark Spirit
The Shark Spirit will be swimming in a circular path just west of the Honor of the Waves Waypoint — [&BEMFAAA=]
Return to the shaman
Head to the Leystone Promontory Point of Interest — [&BKkPAAA=] to find the shaman / recluse
