How To Unlock The Siege Turtle
The Siege Turtle is a co-op mount that can be used for combat, the driver and a gunner can work together to fight enemies, the driver can also teleport the gunner to waypoints and bring them to different maps.
It can be unlocked through End of Dragons, and can be freely borrowed during multiple events within the expansion maps.
Unlocking
Acquire a Turtle Egg by either completing the meta event "The Battle for the Jade Sea" in Dragons End, or buying it from Peddler near Jade Quarry Waypoint [&BKIMAAA=] for 200 Writs of the Jade Sea.
Talk to Rota in Arborstone, Go to Arborstone Waypoint [&BGMNAAA=] and head to the turtle icon on your map. This will unlock the first collection Turtle Unlock: Starting Small, complete it by trading in the required items to Fidget.
Talk to Rota again to unlock the second collection Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger. Complete it the same way as previous one.
Talk to Rota again to unlock the third and final collection Turtle Unlock: Suiting Up, which will take you around Cantha gathering items from events and vendors.
Complete the collection and gain your Siege Turtle by talking to Rota again.
Stomping Around
The Turtle Egg will automatically unlock “Stomping Around”. Go to Arborstone Waypoint [&BGMNAAA=] and head to the turtle icon on your map to deliver the egg to Rota.
Turtle Unlock: Starting Small
Turtle Unlock: Starting Small is the first of three achievements needed to obtain your mount. Completing this achievement will award progress towards the Stomping Around achievement.
250 Kale - Chopped Kale
250 Strawberries - Chopped Strawberries
250 Lettuce - Chopped Lettuce
150 Carrots - Chopped Carrots
Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger
Turtle Unlock: Getting Stronger is a Cantha achievement and the second step towards unlocking your Siege Turtle mount. Completing this achievement will award progress towards the Stomping Around achievement. In order to complete this you do need to have Fishing unlocked.

50 Fabulous Fish Fillets - Bowl of Chopped Fabulous Fish
10 Flavorful Fish Fillets - Bowl of Chopped Flavorful Fish

Turtle Unlock: Suiting Up
Turtle Unlock: Suiting Up is a Cantha achievement and the final achievement needed to obtain your Siege Turtle mount. Completing this achievement will award progress towards the Stomping Around achievement.

Purchase from Doireann in The Echovald Wilds near The Forever Tree Point of Interest [&BOEMAAA=] Complete the event Collect sap for restoration ritual before the plants stop producing it

Kill an Adolescent Leviathan, there will be one at Seitung Harbor near Village Waypoint [&BJ4MAAA=] or by Kaineng Docks, located in New Kaineng City at Promenade Waypoint [&BMYMAAA=]

Complete the heart "Infiltrate and sabotage operations in the jade Brotherhood headquarters" in The Echovald Wilds near Junkyard Waypoint [&BIsMAAA=] and purchase from Kestrel Michiko
Thruster Control Unit
Complete the Strike Mission: Kaineng Overlook, Arborstone Waypoint [&BGMNAAA=]
it can also be purchased from Requisitions Specialists in Gyala Delve for 1,000 Research Notes and 500 Imperial Favor if you wish to skip this strike
